Welcome to MinimoodbyNea! By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products

  • All baked goods are handmade by a self-taught home baker.

  • Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering.

  • Photos are for reference — slight variations may occur.

2. Allergies

  • Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens (e.g., eggs, dairy, gluten, nuts).

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and notifying us of any allergies before ordering.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after a 50% non-refundable down payment is received.

  • The remaining 50% is due at pickup or delivery.

  • Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

4. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup/delivery details will be confirmed when you place your order.

  • Delivery fees depend on your location, with a maximum fee of $20.

  • Once goods are picked up or delivered, MinimoodbyNea is not responsible for loss, damage, or mishandling.

5. Limitation of Liability

MinimoodbyNea is not liable for any allergic reactions or issues arising from the consumption of our products. Customers consume at their own discretion.
